The Editorial Team require the assistance of the Lodges throughout the Province in keeping the Newsletter updated with interesting and varied articles about the Lodges and their members. Here follow a few guidelines for submitting items.
Text should be submitted in .doc format to allow easy editing and final formatting.
Photographs are most welcome. Please use the .gif or .jpg formats where possible for ease of editing and resizing. Keep photo resolution as high as possible and we will make any necessary adjustments. Bear in mind that many mobile phones have very low resolution cameras and these photographs are not always of sufficient quality to be included in the Newsletter. Please provide captions for photographs so we know who they show and what the occasion is.
It is important that all persons included in a photograph or named in a caption have given permission for publication.
Newsletters will remain available for future downloading.
